Responsibilities
- Assist with resident inquiries and communication
- Coordinate vendor appointments and follow-ups
- Support document management and filing
- Help with property inspections and reporting
- Administrative support for board meetings
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Customer service experience
Manage a portfolio of community associations, serving as the primary point of contact for boards and residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for assigned communities
- Attend and coordinate board meetings
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Florida statutes
Qualifications
- Active Florida CAM license (or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years property management experience
- Strong knowledge of FL Statutes 718/719/720
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with property management software
Perform maintenance and repair tasks across managed properties, ensuring communities are well-maintained and safe.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance work orders
- Perform routine property inspections
- Coordinate with specialized vendors
- Maintain common areas and building systems
- Document and report maintenance activities
Qualifications
- General maintenance and repair experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
Manage financial records and reporting for community associations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Track assessments and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Support annual budget preparation
Qualifications
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of association accounting preferred
- Organizational and time management skills
