Responsibilities

  • Assist with resident inquiries and communication
  • Coordinate vendor appointments and follow-ups
  • Support document management and filing
  • Help with property inspections and reporting
  • Administrative support for board meetings

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience

Manage a portfolio of community associations, serving as the primary point of contact for boards and residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for assigned communities
  • Attend and coordinate board meetings
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with Florida statutes

Qualifications

  • Active Florida CAM license (or willingness to obtain)
  • 2+ years property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of FL Statutes 718/719/720
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with property management software

Perform maintenance and repair tasks across managed properties, ensuring communities are well-maintained and safe.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to maintenance work orders
  • Perform routine property inspections
  • Coordinate with specialized vendors
  • Maintain common areas and building systems
  • Document and report maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • General maintenance and repair experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail

Manage financial records and reporting for community associations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Track assessments and collections
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Support annual budget preparation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of association accounting preferred
  • Organizational and time management skills
