Diana Cadet is the Founder and Owner of Cadet Property & Association Management, LLC a professional community association management firm serving HOAs, condominiums, townhomes, co-ops, and mobile home communities throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Florida Notary Public, Diana brings extensive hands-on experience managing properties ranging from boutique associations to large-scale communities with over 300 units, including prior experience at The Floridian of Miami Beach Condominium (334 units) and Duo Condominium (398 units). Diana's leadership philosophy centers on radical transparency, direct access, and systematic operations ensuring every board and resident receives accountable, results-driven management without corporate layers.
